My Health My Communication - 'Getting My Health Ready for Hospital’

We would like to thank, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales and Mr. Dennis Wilson, in assisting us with the launch of our recent project toolkit ‘Getting My Health Ready for Hospital’ – by the My Health My Communication team at DARE.

The toolkit will be extremely beneficial in supporting individuals from many areas of life, not only those with disabilities. We hope that this initiative can continue in the future.

Unfortunately face to face meetings have been difficult due to COVID, however it was wonderful to be able to have Her Excellency and Mr. Wilson at our facility to endorse this fantastic project.
