Supported Employment At Dare
Do you, a loved one or someone you care for want to earn money in a fun & friendly environment? DARE Industries provides Supported Employment to people with a wide range of needs at our Springwood location, based in the Blue Mountains.
Not only do we offer paid Supported Employment under the NDIS for people with disabilities, but we provide vocational training and support to assist with achieving your goals. We also offer SLES for school leavers to transition from school to employment.

A range of innovative products are manufactured by our employees at DARE Industries. This includes creating and painting various stakes and pegs for a wide range of clients. Many of our employees work in the ADE team in woodwork, assembly and packaging, book-covering, and more.
We also have a grounds crew who provide landscaping and grounds maintenance services to clients across the Blue Mountains.
