Are you new to the NDIS? Navigating the NDIS can be daunting. Our Support Coordinators are here to guide you through this process. Our team embodies choice, control, compassion and authenticity with every aspect of what we do. Let DARE be your trusted partner.

To coordinate your support needs, an application can be made to the NDIA for funding support to assist you with your daily life and support needs. If Support Coordination has been included in your NDIS plan, our friendly team can assist you with navigating funding categories to ensure you are getting the most out of your plan. We will link you with appropriate supports and offer you choice and control over what your funds are used for.

NDIS Support Coordination is a capacity building support which helps you to understand and use your NDIS plan.

We will help you to pursue your goals, connect you with NDIS providers, community, mainstream and other government services.
